We made poppies like the ones at theTower of London. We laid them outside in our quet area during our own service of remembrance.


The Royal British Legion attend one of our assemblies every year, to tell us how they raise funds. We sold poppies in school to show our support.


The school had a visitor from the NSPCC to talk about children who have very sad lives but have been made better by the help and support from the NSPCC.


We met Buddy the NPSCC mascot, who encouraged us to begin fundraising, so for the next week


We worked hard raising money. After this we had another assembly where we presented the money we had raised to the NSPCC for all our hard efforts we received certificates and badges. 

We had a fun day when everyone in school dressed up; we had a special assembly which included singing the Children in Need songs. 


Kingfisher Class made and decorated Pudsey biscuits during the day and sold them to raise money.
